Sofa City

I'm walking to work this morning and across the street from my apartment building I spy the following:


For those of you who can't make out the picture from my crappy cell phone camera, it's THREE sofas lined up in a row sitting out on the sidewalk.

No, I do not live in the ghetto and I don't think this is Bank of America's waiting area overflow (that's their parking lot behind the sofas). Since it's around the first of the month, I'm guessing some people decided to abandon furniture rather than deal with moving it.
