My brother James called me today from England where he is staying while on a business trip. He's having problems adjusting to the driving--on the wrong side of the car and the wrong side of the road (psst, James--the Brits think WE drive on the wrong side of the road!), the food (He said he was STARVING!!!), the weather (foggy and rainy, which made driving on the wrong side of the road that much harder...). He described the little town of London where he was staying--with its old buildings and narrow streets-- as having a "Jack-the-Ripper" feel to it. "I'm sure it's perfectly nice and safe," he said, "but it looks like a place for a mugging to me."
He cracks me up. So for James in dreary old England, here's the Beatles and Rain.
