My friend Stevie is usually all over anything fashion-related--so for the scoop on what's going on for L.A. Fashion Week, you should probably head on over to her blog. But this little tidbit came my way today and I thought I'd pass it on to y'all.
On October 15th, Jordi Scott will be showing her Spring/Summer 2008 Infamous Academy Collection. A former member of the Betsey Johnson design team, has partnered with ScottStar Rinaldi to create the Infamous Academy Collection which fuses school girl meets rave meets Japanese street style into an individualistic line of glamorous ready-to-wear. According to the press release, "[t]his unique fashion show promises to deliver bold and brightly colored music-infused high-fashion yet affordable ready-to-wear clothing not to be found in any other line!!"
